25 April, 2014 - Hanzo
So this is going to be a five phase process: 1-SKIN, 2-PALETTES, 3-UPPER BODY DETAIL, 4-LOWER BODY DETAIL, and 5-CHARACTER CLEAN UP. The SKIN and PALETTES pretty much go hand in hand, they are both almost completed. Basically, the current skin and palettes are complete, but I have plans to create at least 2 or 3 more sets.
Right now I am hard at work on the UPPER BODY DETAIL. This will probably be the longest process. Most of the sprites still had the form of the shirt after I made the skin conversion, so I have to transform that into breasts; that way the sprites will look natural. A few frames have some LOWER BODY DETAIL, just so I can get a feel for how it’s going to look. I will not be doing any more until I finish the UPPER BODY PROCESS. I may add a sixth process and do some ANIMATION EDITING. I might have a few ideas that I want to implement, but only time will tell.

10 May, 2014 - Hanzo
The completion of Hanzo is going right as scheduled. Phase 3 of her process is a little over 55%. When this process gets finished, completing the rest of character should be a breeze. Shaping the shirt into breasts is the longest part of all this by far. Right now, it's looking like Hanzo will be completed by the middle of June. My hope is that I will get the time to work on her a little more than usual these next few weeks. If I can do that, I may be able to push her release date a little forward. The sooner I can finish the better. I want to get started on my other projects as soon as possible. I will continue to post my status on Hanzo as the weeks go by. Check back in with us soon!

Phase three is almost done! It should be done here within the next few days. Right now Hanzo is still on schedule.
I wanted to show everyone the current completed palettes that will probably be on the finished product. I have a few other palettes that I have done, but I will probably release them later on, in case anyone wants them. I hope you enjoy them and feel free to let me know what you think or if you have any ideas.
